Failed Western Digital WD My Passport Ultra WD30NMVW drive
Nothing that I recall led to the hard drive failure. It's under the warranty and the new hard drive has been sent me from Western Digital. Need the files to be recovered from the broken drive, put the recovered data on transfer storage and return it with the damaged drive back to me. All data is equal value and important to me, and it'll be in my user profile under 'My Documents', and 'Desktop', maybe somewhere else - can't remember putting anything out of order, but can't confirm for sure. Don't bother with the system files or program files. If you need any questions please let me know.
