Hard Drives we Recovered
Damaged Deskstar 500Gb from Lee S., Murrysville Pennsylvania Unites States
Now the hard drive is clicking - lots of noise.
Only software recovery attempts were made before the drive disappeared in explorer. After trying software recovery (I could see the folders but no response), the drive started making clicking sounds and then disappeared from explorer. It was non-responsive afterward.
I'm so much happy with the recovery report results, that you were able to pull this off. Reading all this stuff on the internet, I frankly lost all hope that I'd hear any positive news from you. Glad I was mistaken and you are amazing. Great job, many thanks!
Dropped Hitachi HDP725032GLA380 from Frank C., Kitchener, Ontario, Canada
No matter what I tried the hard disk is still dead. The local computer specialist diagnosed drive as not spinning with the possibility of 'stuck motor', he doesn't do this kind of work - so I'm sent to your for a professional recovery. I rely on your experience, and presume that your can prevail at extracting my data, when everybody had already failed, with no hope left.
All looks good and even better than ever! My apology for being so excited! Anyway, good work in restoring our data. You were my last hope and I'm glad you didn't let me down (even though by that time I was already so down). Thank you, anyway for your dedication and professionalism.
Broken Hitachi Deskstar 7K3000 HDS723030ALA640 from Miami Florida, United States
Drive is not accessible from any computer, it's not in BIOS, and gives a message that there is no drive found! Other than that everything is the same. I really need a data, but never knew it's so pricey! Local companies offer as low as couple of keys for the service - no can do! I assume you can do a lot better than them. Operating system is Mac OS 64-bit Intel. One, single partition. Drive is in its original condition, nothing moved or removed.
You guys are awesome! I love the way you work! My best regards to your technical department, they're gods to me now! Barry W.
