Access to the lab is strictly limited to authorized personnel only. No visitors are allowed to the actual recovery laboratory. Computers and servers with customer's data are not connected to the internet to exclude any data breach or leakage.

None of data recovery projects are allowed to be transferred outside of our laboratory; no third party vendors or outsource firm are never, ever involved in data recovery process. All repairs and recoveries are done in the lab by our own staff.

With every approved to proceed recovery order, a data non-disclosure agreement is provided and sent upon request as PDF document (email/fax). The NDA is a legally binding obligation to keep information private and to not disclose the information under any circumstance to anyone without legal authorization.
