Check Data Recovery Report and Get Data Back
As soon as the data restoration process is complete, the recovery report will be emailed you at once. The report will include an access link to download the complete list of recovered files and folders. As well, there will be few examples of recovered files free to download.
On the same web page with downloadable files you will see the online file browser. This is the direct access to the virtual drive with all of your files. Surf through the folders – every folder opens by clicking on it. Our online file browser looks and works as a standard File Explorer in MS Windows or Finder in MAC OS.
Take your time, study the report, verify that your critical files are all there and contact your designated data recovery specialist if something is missing or you just have a question. Lastly, proceed with the payment and get your data backed up onto destination hard drive of your choice.
A Typical Data Recovery Report may include
- A short list of root folders and files on each partition.
- A complete list of critical folders and files that were specified in request with service ticket.
- The text can be generated in HTML, PDF, or simple text document format. The document will be sent as attachment to email. By default, the list is downloaded from report page. Large report files will be compressed / zipped.

Note About Corrupted / Partially recovered files
In some complex cases certain data may not be retrieved entirely. Some of the files may be corrupted. Data Lab 247 always alerts our client about any detectable instances of data loss and reveals full information about problem files.
Some of those partially corrupted files can still be usable. Movies, for example can be played with no noticeable distortion if they have few blank empty sectors. From partially corrupt text document you may still use most of the text, and so on. Of course, binary files (system files, program files) are very sensitive to any corruption and must be replaced. Well, the bottom line is that we give you an honest result with the information what is lost and what must be renewed in your projects or archives.
